How do you meditate? These guided meditations are online videos that you can access via phone, tablet or computer They range from a few minutes to nearly an hour depending on the focus and topic, and can be done anywhere, anytime. All you need to do is play the meditation and follow the guided prompts. To enhance your experience and develop a practice, it is helpful to set aside time regularly (preferably daily) to focus on God’s Word. Commit to showing up regardless of how busy you are or how you happen to be feeling. Create a peaceful environment without interruptions; some find using headphones makes it easier to focus. Lighting a candle or incense can also be enjoyable. Stay for the duration of the meditation, even if this feels uncomfortable or ineffective at first. You will find that your focus, experience and discipline develop with time as your meditation practice grows.
